Design, Development & Support Packages
A brief description of each package and what they contain
Website Design/Development Packages (Year 1)
Start Up (£45.00 per month)
The basic package aimed at start up businesses and individuals who need a basic website to showcase their products or services. The site will normally not contain more than about 5 pages. Unless specified the site will not contain any compliacted features. All content, images and illustrations will be supplied by the client. Typically this type of website will take 2-4 weeks from design to launch.
Business (£65.00 per month)
This is our most popular package as it caters for the majority of our clients where they need a good quality, well designed and professionally developed website with a wide range of features that are included 'as standard'. It also comes pre-configured with a Content Management System that the client will be given training in and allowed full access to. Business websites can take anything from 4-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the work involved.
Business+ (£90.00 per month)
Not all businesses fit neatly into our Business Package and there are occassions when we need to build solutions that are bespoke and specific to each business and their needs. In this case we will normally recommend the Business+ Package where the additional cost of these features can be absorbed in the slightly higher monthly fee. Business+ clients also benefit from the ability to add simple e-Commerce features to their site. Again, full training in te CMS and eCommerce system is given.
Commerce (£120.00 per month)
Any business wishing to set up an online store and sell goods or services will choose this package. This service covers designing, setting up your store, testing, training and support. However, there may be additional transaction fees and/or third party store fees payable depending on exactly how and where your store is set up. There are so many combinations and solutions it's impossible to give an exact breakdown of what these additional fees will be. We will only know this once we have met and discussed the range and complexity of your store. ECommerce stores vary in development time due to a number of factors such as complexity of design, photography, number of products, fulfulment processes, merchant accounts etc.
Website Support Packages (Year 2 onwards)
Start Up Support (£30.00 per month)
Our Start Up Support Package is aimed at clients who require a basic level of support after the initial 12 month mandatory development package. This package includes email technical support, website content updates (up to 3 a month), monthly website analytic reports, domain name management, 100% secure dedicated hosting and an annual website review (not normally offered as part of a support package!).
Business Support (£45.00 per month)
Our Business Support Package is what most of our small to medium sized business clients move on to once they have completed the initial 12 month mandatory development package. This package includes unlimited email technical support, website content updates (up to 3 a month), 24/7 site monitoring, software updates, monthly website analytic reports, domain name management, 100% secure dedicated hosting and an annual website review (not normally offered as part of a support package!). Also included in this package is up to 4hrs of web design/development that can be taken anytime during the year. This allows you to make basic design changes and/or add additional development features to your site - all included in your monthly fee.
Business+ Support (POA)
This bespoke package caters for our clients who need a little more than the basic support package. Costs for this package is dependent on the level of support and what features are supported. The Business+ Package contains the same features as the Small Business Support package but may additionally include things like onsite training, regular meetings and reviews, website translation services, advanced SEO work, ongoing new feature development etc. Each Business+ Support package is bespoke to the client and will be calculated based on their unique requirements.
Commerce Support (POA)
Support for Commerce clients will vary depending on the e-commerce system they have chosen, the number of products, number of transactions, merchant fees, level of shop management etc. Generally the ongoing support will be less than the initial Commerce package price.
Hosting Only Packages
Hosting (£10.00 standard or £15.00 per month with CMS)
Some clients prefer not to use our Standard Support package and prefer to opt for hosting only. All of our clients benefit from top grade Dedicated hosting on super fast servers with unparalleled levels of security and 100% uptime guaranteed. Clients who need additional updates to their site or new features adding will normally pay hourly for services - estimates will always be provided and agreed before any work is undertaken.
Hosting+ (POA)
Occassionally a client will need secure hosting, higher bandwidth requirements or even their very own server! In these cases we will create a bespoke Hosting+ package for them based on their unique requirements.
